Fan Pages & Group Pages
To create a Fan Page or Group Page, you must create a User Profile first. Then go to the My Network section of your User Profile to create, manage and search for Fan and Group Pages.
Fan Pages are open sign-up, allowing anyone to join. All information on Fan Pages are public. These are ideal for entities, individuals, or events providing primarily one-way communications and updates to fans and supporters in an effort to build a strong following.
Group Pages are invitation or request only sign-up and require confirmation from the Admin to allow membership. These pages are ideal for teams, professional groups, coaching forums, etc. where membership is restricted to selected users.
(a) You may only administer a Fan Page if you are an authorized representative of the subject of the Fan Page, and you hereby represent and warrant you are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of such subject.
(b) You may not establish any terms beyond those set forth in this Agreement, except you may disclose the types of content you will remove from your Fan Page and grounds for which you may ban a user from accessing the Fan Page.
(c) You will restrict access to your Fan Page in order to comply with all applicable laws. For example, if your Fan Page includes content only suitable for adults, you will not allow minors to access your Fan Page.
